    The 127th Wing Honor Guard presents the colors during a change of command ceremony at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Mich., May 4, 2019. Behind the Honor Guard are Brig. Gen. Rolf Mammen, the incoming wing commander; Brig. Gen. John D. Slocum, the outgoing wing commander; and Major Gen. Leonard Isabelle, commander of the Michigan Air National Guard Base. The 127th Wing is one of the largest, most complex wings in the Air National Guard, comprised of about 1,700 personnel and flying the A-10 Thunderbolt II and the KC-135 Stratotanker.
