This is Wolf Creek Dam in Jamestown, Ky., Feb. 8, 2012. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville district is installing a concrete barrier wall to stop seepage at the dam. The corps, in partnership with the contractor, Treviicos-Soletanche Joint Venture, amassed 700,000 maintenance hours over the past year without a lost-time accident, a notable safety achievement.
