SAN DIEGO (April 26, 2019) Rear Adm. Cedric Pringle, Commander, Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG) 3, speaks to the crew of the amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6), during an awards ceremony on the roof of the barge assigned to Bonhomme Richard. The ceremony was held to award Religious Program Specialist Seaman David Miller with the Navy and Marine Corp Commendation Medal for his efforts in apprehending a woman threatening a church congregation on April 20, 2019.
