    Equipment Operator 2nd Class, Michael McAfee, assigned to Naval Construction Mobile Battalion (NCMB 23), embarked aboard High Speed Vessel (HSV 2) Swift and a U.N. Soldier from the Indonesian Military Engineering Contingent (INDOENGCOY), install razor wire on a wall at the Dispensaire De Caracol, in Caracol, Haiti, Feb. 17, 2012. NMCB-23 and the Indonesian Engineers are working at the school as part of a subject matter expert exchange to refurbish the dispensaire and a school in the area. NMCB-23 is supporting HSV-Southern Partnership Station 2012, a deployment of U.S naval assets in the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
