    Petty Officer 1st Class Antonio Escobar, assigned to Naval Construction Mobile Battalion, embarked aboard High Speed Vessel Swift and a U.N. soldier from the Indonesian Military Engineering Contingent, examine rusted rebar on a column at the National School of Caracol, in Caracol, Haiti, Feb. 17, 2012. NMCB-23 and the Indonesian Engineers are working at the school as part of a subject matter expert exchange to demolish and rebuild a roof. NMCB-23 is supporting HSV-Southern Partnership Station 2012, a deployment of U.S naval assets in the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
