After 26 years of military service, Master Sgt. Gregory Elrod retires from the Colorado Air National Guard, Feb. 1, 2019, for a follow-on career as a management officer in the U.S. Foreign Service.
While in the military, Elrod served in the U.S. Navy, Navy Reserves, and the Air National Guard. He retired from the Security Forces career field, most recently serving as a personnel noncommissioned officer in the force management section of the Colorado National Guard's Joint Staff.
