A soldier in MultiCam/OCP camouflage uniform and helmet is performing what appears to be tactical combat casualty care (TCCC) on another soldier or simulated casualty. The treating soldier is leaning over and applying what appears to be a tourniquet or bandage to the lower body of the casualty. Red staining consistent with simulated blood is visible on the casualty's uniform, suggesting this may be a training exercise.
