A North Dakota Army National Guard Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT) stands ready and loaded with sandbags as part of a Quick Response Force (QRF) made up of Soldiers of the Wahpeton-based 188th Engineer Company sits ready for emergency flood protection sandbag delivery for flood protection April 10, 2019. The Guard Quick Reaction Force (QRF) has done several missions each day since going on duty April 5, and continues standing by at the Armed Forces Reserve Center on the north edge of Fargo if additional emergency flood requests come in from the Cass County tactical operations center (TOC).
