    Col. Kevin Winkle, a U.S. Army ophthalmologist from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Anchorage, Alaska, checks the eyes of a local woman of Zanzibar during the screening process of Medical Readiness and Training Exercise in Tanzania. Out of 2,000 citizens that were screened for cataract surgery, 150 were chosen for the operation.
