Staff Sgt. Matthew Troyer, an 86th aircraft maintenance squadron crew chief, inspects a C-130 J that is headed to Ramstein Air Base, Jan. 24. In less than 72 hours, the two maintenance units performed acceptance inspections, transferred life support equipment, and handed each other a well maintained, cleaned, and mission ready aircraft.
