    The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission released 750 rainbow trout into the base lake, Jan. 18. An Arkansas Game & Fish Commission trout stamp is required to keep a trout. Anyone fishing on Little Rock AFB must also have a state fishing license and a base fishing permit. All these items can be obtained at Outdoor Rec., Building 460.
