Rondolf Moreno, a plans officer with the 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, who majored in Systems Engineering for his Master’s Degree at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, Calif., presents his most-recent research in Systems Engineering at an International Conference sponsored by Innovations of Applied Energy March 14, 2019, at Oxford, England. In addition to his presentation at Oxford, Moreno also presented a research piece of his to the engineering community at Orlando, Fla. at the Power & Energy Conference & Exhibition in June 2018.
