Rondolf Moreno, a plans officer with the 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, who majored in Systems Engineering for his Master’s Degree at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, Calif., works at his office at the 19th ESC Headquarters March 21, 2019, at Camp Henry, Daegu, Republic of Korea.
