Two individuals — one in civilian attire with a black cap and one in military camouflage uniform — are reviewing paperwork at a shooting range station numbered '13'. Behind them are large foam insulation board target backers with significant bullet impact damage visible as large holes. The setting appears to be an outdoor military or law enforcement marksmanship range.
