NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (March 6, 2019) Cmdr. Philip Brown, from Telford, Pennsylvania, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) air department, speaks during an advanced weapons elevators (AWE) plan of the day-strike fighter brief. The strike fighter brief process was briefed as an innovative approach to process improvement for Ford's advanced weapons elevators.
