The commanding General of the 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, Brig. Gen. Michel M. Russell Sr., visits with the Mayor of Daegu City, Mayor Kwon, Young Jin, Oct. 31, 2017 at Daegu, Republic of Korea. The U.S. Forces Korea Good Neighbor Program has helped to facilitate the 19th ESC to partner in regular top-leader exchange visits such as this one that are important to the command of the 19th ESC as the unit works to solidify its unwavering partnership to the city of Daegu and the ROK-U.S. Alliance.
