Hwang, In Kwon (center left), and his staff team at the 19th ESC’s Headquarters Oct. 31, 2018 at Camp Henry, Daegu, Republic of Korea. Hwang’s visit demonstrated the strong Alliance and continued commitment to relationships and interoperability shared between the Forces of the United States and the Republic of Korea. The U.S. Forces Korea Good Neighbor Program encourages Military to Military Exchange as a way to connect interoperability to lasting good relationships among ROK and U.S. Forces.
