Melina Garos, the owner of Howl a Day Inn, a dog boarding, daycare and training facility located in west El Paso, takes a break Jan. 20, 2012 from her daily task of caring for more than 35 dogs at her two-acre facility. Howl a Day Inn offers military personnel a reduced rate for long and short-term boarding and day care services and has implemented a no-kill policy.
