SEGUIN, Texas (March 1, 2019) Navy Counselor 1st Class Jose Zouain (left) of Lake Mary, Fla., assigned to Navy Recruiting Station (NRS) San Marcos, and Navy Counselor 1st Class Harold Dayse of Beaumont, Texas, assigned to NRS New Braunfels speaks with retired Chief Aviation Electronics Technician James Reilly of Seguin during the U.S. Navy Band concert held in the Jackson Auditorium on the campus of Texas Lutheran University. The U.S. Navy Band performed in 10 states during its 23-city, 5,000-mile tour, connecting communities across the nation to their Navy. The tour serves audiences with entertaining performances but also allows America’s Navy direct access to both former and future members of the Navy.
