    II Marine Expeditionary Force   

    Joliet, Ill., native Cpl. John Kehoe, the assistant patrol leader of the mobile section with Fox Company, 2nd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, and vehicle commander of Truck Four’s crew of the mobile section, communicates via radio with another vehicle before pushing out on a convoy. Kehoe, 23, and his fellow Marines in the mobile section have worked day and night during the opening weeks of Operation Double Check, which started Jan. 3.
