190227-N-DS193-095 EAST CHINA SEA (Feb. 27, 2019) - Musician Seaman Jorge Cabrera, from Los Angeles, and Musician 3rd Class Jose Figueroa, from Ponce, P.R., perform with the 7th Fleet Band, Far East Edition during an African American History Month observance on the mess decks of U.S. 7th Fleet Flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19). Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific Region.
