U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Jason Powers, Kandahar Provincial Reconstruction Team, fires an M9 Berretta during a qualification course Dec. 11, 2011, on Camp Atterbury, Ind. Kandahar PRT is a joint team of U.S. Air Force, Army and Navy service members that will deploy to Afghanistan to assist in the effort to rebuild and stabilize the local government and infrastructure.
