In this image released by the Texas Military Forces, soldiers and airmen with Joint Task Force 71 participated in command and control training from instructors with Response International Group Jan. 12, 2012, at the Round Rock Reserve Center. Attendees included members of the 6th Civil Support Team and 6th Chemical Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Enhanced Force Package, headquartered in Austin. According to Dewayne Torres, one of the instructors, RIG designed the course to allow key leaders within the unit to develop a better understanding of how to use command staff principles for planning the response and site operation through teamwork between units.
