Attendees included members of the 6th Civil Support Team and 6th Chemical Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Enhanced Force Package, headquartered in Austin. According to Dewayne Torres of Response International Group, the course to allows key leaders within the unit to develop a better understanding of how to use command staff principles for planning the response and site operation through teamwork between units.
