JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Feb. 5, 2019) – Dana Shropshire, emergency management officer at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, briefs the Hospital Command Center during Solid Curtain Citadel Shield exercise on Feb. 5. SCCS is an annual exercise designed to enhance the readiness of Navy security forces and ensure seamless interoperability among commands, other services, and agency partners.
