The training was led by Chadian instructors who are the first two African military service members certified to teach TCCC, the international standard of care in pre-hospital battlefield medicine. Flintlock 2019 has brought members of the G5 Sahel, the Multi National Joint Task Force, and various troop contributing nations together to develop and implement complimentary tactical operations, enabling African partners to conduct real-world missions structured around a coherent campaign plan.
