SAN ANTONIO – (Feb. 12, 2019) Chief Electrician’s Mate Kelelu Kromah of Houston, a recruiter assigned to Navy Recruiting District (NRD) New York, joined by Chief Aviation Ordnanceman Alexis Danet of Collingswood, N.J., assigned to NRD Miami, shares his prospecting plan with Navy Recruiting Command’s (NRC) National Training and Quality Assurance Team during a Leading Petty Officers (LPO) Course held at the Double Tree Hotel. The weeklong course consists of more than 10 subjects to include, but limited to, market analyzation using All-Service Accession Data (ASAD), building a targeted prospecting plan, and Web R-Tools maintenance. The course provides refresher training for LPOs of NRD’s and Navy Talent Acquisition Groups (NTAG). Kromah, originally from Liberia, West Africa, is the LPO of Navy Recruiting Station (NRS) Hackensack. Danet, a 2003 graduate of Haddon Township High School, is the LPO of NRS Plantation.
