In honor of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, Honolulu District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Program Analyst in the Civil Works Branch Justina Vantassel spearheaded different events to celebrate Sprit Week including an Origami Class May 15, honoring the Japanese culture. The goal of Origami is to transform a flat square sheet of paper into a finished sculpture through folding and sculpting techniques.
