Lance Cpl. Njoroge, a native of Sacramento, California, graduated from Rio Americano High School in June 2016 before enlisting in November the same year. CLB-31 provides security, logistics, transportation, and HADR support as the Logistics Combat Element for the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit.
