Patrick Evans, Commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet public affairs officer, speaks to San Diego news station KUSI during broadcast coverage of the commissioning of USS Michael Monsoor (DDG 1001). Michael Monsoor is the second ship in the Zumwalt-class of destroyers. Michael Monsoor is named in honor of Medal of Honor recipient Master-at-Arms 2nd Class (SEAL) Michael A.
