Two individuals stand together under a tent canopy at what appears to be an outdoor military ceremony. A woman in a blue patterned top and a naval officer in dress uniform with medals, white gloves, and a white cover (cap) are positioned on a platform or stage. The officer is holding a program or document, suggesting an active formal event.
