Competitors for the 7th Engineer Dive Team Commander’s Challenge used a litter to carry one of their teammates. At all times, one team member had to be carried on the litter for the team to advance on the ¾ mile course. The challenge took place at Kuwait Naval Base on the coast of the Persian Gulf Dec. 23, 2011.
