    190104-N-CK689-1005 SASEBO, Japan (Jan. 4, 2019) Construction Electrician Constructionman Otis Talley, from Chicago, and assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, works with a local contractor to take measurements for the installation of light fixtures inside of a pre-engineered metal building that will house shore power connections onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
