    190103-N-CK689-1002 SASEBO, Japan (Jan. 3, 2019) Equipment Operator 3rd Class Arron Talosig, from Sacramento, Calif., and assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. Sasebo, moves sand bags to be used as a barrier for renovations of the Naval Munitions Command Military Working Dog Security Unit facility onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
