Gen. Mark Milley, the 39th Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army, receives a brief about the work done by Task Force Rifles Troopers in Iraq, Jan. 6, 2019. Milley, along with Lt. Gen. Paul LaCamera, CJTF-OIR commanding general, took time to talk with Coalition service members and get an on-the-ground perspective of the defeat ISIS mission.
