Coast Guard Station Cape Disappointment boat crews tow disabled fishing vessel through rough weather [Image 3 of 3]
A crew aboard the Triumph II, a 52-foot Motor Life Boat from Coast Guard Station Cape Disappointment, tows the disabled commercial fishing vessel Lisa Marie toward Astoria, Ore., Jan. 3, 2019.
The 52-MLB was used initially instead of a 47-MLB due to the high risk involved in towing the vessel through the estimated 14-foot swells at the Columbia River bar.
