Two U.S. Army soldiers in OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniforms are engaged in what appears to be an award or recognition ceremony. The senior soldier, identified by name tape as 'SAMPA' with Sergeant Major rank insignia, is presenting a document or certificate in a black folder to a junior female soldier. The setting appears to be an indoor military facility with unit insignia visible in the background.
