CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti - U. S. Army Soliders march in formation as part of the first-ever Non-commissioned Officer Academy, Basic Leadership Course (NCOA BLC) held on Camp Lemonnier, Dec. 17, 2018. The BLC is the first step in the Non-commissioned Officer Education System. BLC trains Soliders in basic leadership skills, NCO duties, responsiblitities and authority, and how to conduct perfomance-oriented training.
