181209-N-FV025-1020 AIRAI, Palau (Dec. 9, 2018) Builder 3rd Class Dalton Pottebaum, from Tomah, Wis., and Utilitiesman 3rd Class Brooks Tobin, from Shreveport, La., both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. Palau, Camp Katuu Tiger Team, determine the placement of ceiling joists for the construction of an office space being installed in an excess materials warehouse. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
