181209-N-FV025-1026 AIRAI, Palau (Dec. 9, 2018) Utilitiesman 3rd Class Brooks Tobin, from Shreveport, La., and assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. Palau, Camp Katuu Tiger Team, attaches a support piece to an existing wall for the construction of an office space being installed in an excess materials warehouse. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
