Commander, Naval Surface Forces, Vice Adm. Terry T. Etnyre, observes an out-of-the-windows scene from a "Full Mission Bridge" during a real-life visual simulation scenario Jun. 11. A ceremony was held for the grand-opening of the Navigation, Seamanship, and Shiphandling Trainer (NSST) facility which will be fielded on U.S. Navy surface ships and in shore facilities at Fleet Concentration Areas.
