Commander, Naval Surface Forces, Vice Adm. Terry T. Etnyre, observes an out-of-the-windows scene from the Bridge-wing Simulator during a real-life visual simulation scenario. A ceremony was held for the grand opening of the Navigation, Seamanship and Shiphandling Trainer (NSST) facility, which will be fielded on U.S. Navy surface ships and in shore facilities at fleet concentration areas.
