Kenyua Ellis, 78th Civil Engineering Squadron engineering technician from Robins Air Force Base, and Lt. Col. Pete Horine, 78th Air Base Wing flight safety officer, mark a point while creating a survey of the debris field during the Mass Accident Response Exercise Dec. 4th, 2018, at the Guardian Centers complex in Perry, Georgia.
The intent of the exercise was to test the responses of Team Robins and other Middle Georgia first responders to a mock crash of an E-8C Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System aircraft.
