Rob Clay, Emergency Management Flight Logistic Section Lead, and Staff Sgt. Jon Caasi, Logistic Section non-commissioned officer in charge, both with the 78th Air Base Wing at Robins Air Force Base, position the Robins Mobile Emergency Operations Center site during the Mass Accident Response Exercise Dec. 4th, 2018, at the Guardian Centers complex in Perry, Georgia.
The intent of the exercise was to test the responses of Team Robins and other Middle Georgia first responders to a mock crash of an E-8C Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System aircraft.
