FORT CARSON, Colo. — The 4th Infantry Division concert band led by Sgt. Elmer Costillo performs at the Freedom Fest July 1, 2018, at Iron Horse Park. The Freedom Fest, organized by Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation, took place June 29, 2018, to July 1, 2018. The event included carnival rides and foods, a concert featuring local bands and headliners Mitchell Tenpenny and Eli Young Band June 29, 2018; a Red, White and Blue Run June 30, 2018; and a fireworks display July 1, 2018.
