Christopher Quibodeaux hands his son, 8-year-old Drake, a present brought to the youngster by Command Sgt. Maj. Jerry Dodson, Fort Polk garrison command sergeant major, his spouse, Kim, and Cpl. Devon Douglas, president of the Fort Polk's Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers. Drake has DIPG, an uncureable brain cancer and had asked his dad, a former Soldier stationed at Fort Polk, if he might get 190 Christmas cards. To date, more than 40,000 cards have poured in from around the world.
