    181215-N-MD802-1097 SUFFOLK, Va. (Dec. 15, 2018) David Scott, a retired Navy chief quartmermaster, receives wreaths from Civil Air Patrol volunteers at the Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veteran’s Cemetery. The event has been hosted by the Horton Wreath Society for 11 years to honor fallen service members.
