The South Carolina National Guard recognized the National Guard’s 382nd birthday with a cake-cutting ceremony Dec. 13, 2018, at the South Carolina Military Museum in Columbia, South Carolina. Pvt. Jackson Sulser, 1-178th Field Artillery Headquarters and Headquarters Battery signal support specialist, 17, and Sgt. 1st Class Tommy Morgan, 4-118th Combined Arms Battalion Headquarters and Headquarters Company electronic warfare sergeant, 59, cut the cake and U.S. Army Maj.
