FREDERICKSBURG, Texas – (Dec. 13, 2018) Command Master Chief Donald A. Charbonneau of Southbridge, Mass., assigned to Navy Recruiting Command speaks with recruiters and support personnel of Navy Recruiting District (NRD) San Antonio during an annual district training meeting held at the Hangar Hotel and Convention Center. Charbonneau spoke to more than 200 personnel regarding fraternization, transformation, and current recruiting goals. The Navy’s recruiting force totals over 6,100 personnel in more than 1,000 recruiting stations around the globe.
