PANAMA CITY, FL -- (Dec. 12, 2018) Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. John Richardson presents the Navy-Marine Corps Commendation medal to Lt. j.g. Nicole Stegall for meritorious service while serving as the emergency operations manager for Naval Support Activity Panama City during Hurricane Michael. The devastating category 4 hurricane struck Panama City, October 10, 2018 destroying homes, businesses and infrastructure throughout the area. NSA PC is the home of joint military diving for all services and allied nations and is a leader in research and development, manned/unmanned test and evaluation, and training future warfighters in the expeditionary and undersea warfare areas.
